• 1. Nature of Services: All information provided by NEW TIPS LLC, including stock market training, advisory, and coaching, is strictly for educational and consulting purposes. The services do not constitute an offer to buy or sell financial instruments.
• 2. Language of "Advice" and Risk: As specified in our content, the company will always speak under the premise that certain actions are "advised" based on technical analysis, but the final decision rests exclusively with the client. The user acknowledges that all investments carry capital risk and that NEW TIPS LLC provides strategies for managing such risk, but does not guarantee economic results or profits.
• 3. Technical Exemption of Liability: In accordance with the company's Operating Agreement, the managing member shall not be liable to the client for any act or omission performed within the scope of their authority, except in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence. NEW TIPS LLC is not responsible for any financial losses the user may incur when trading in the stock market after accessing our services.
• 4. Client Autonomy: The client is solely responsible for evaluating their financial situation and determining the amount of capital they wish to invest. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our strategic consulting and educational services, our refund policy operates as follows:

• Digital products and delivered consultations are non-refundable.
• Cancellations for scheduled 1-on-1 sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
• If a multi-session program is canceled midway, refunds are prorated based on the unutilized sessions, minus a 15% administrative fee.
